A colourful original mixed media linoprint inspired by the iconic Whitby Abbey on the North Yorkshire coast.
This piece combines a hand-printed linocut of the Abbey with a dreamy Northern Lights sky, inspired by the rare sighting of them over the Abbey in May 2026.
The Whitby Abbey lino block was designed and hand carved by Daisy, then individually printed and finished by hand in her York studio. Small variations in ink coverage and finish are part of the traditional printmaking process, making every piece slightly unique.
A lovely piece of Whitby wall art for anyone who loves the Yorkshire coast, gothic architecture or colourful contemporary printmaking.
